We accept all common payment methods supported by Shopify. Payment is made directly when ordering via our secure Shopify store. Import taxes or duties are billed separately by our logistics partner once delivery begins.

1. Scope of the guarantee

We provide a 2-year manufacturer's warranty on your FLITEDECK from the date of purchase. This warranty is in addition to the statutory warranty rights and covers material and processing defects that occur during proper use.

3. Conditions for the warranty claim

• Proof of the purchase date (e.g. original invoice or order confirmation) is required.

4. Services in the event of a warranty claim

In the event of a recognized warranty claim, we will provide the following services at our own discretion:

• Free repair of the defective product or defective parts, or
• Exchange for a product of equal or higher quality.

The work is carried out exclusively by our authorized service partners or internal specialist departments.

5. Exclusions

The following are particularly excluded from the guarantee:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g. wearing parts).
• Damage caused by improper use , misuse or external influences (e.g. falls, impacts, water, fire damage).
• Manipulation of the product by unauthorized third parties (e.g. independent repair attempts).
• Accessories and consumables (e.g. batteries, cables, adapters), unless these are explicitly mentioned in the scope of the guarantee.
• Design or material adjustments made at your own request or not authorized by FLITE.

This manufacturer's warranty grants you specific claims against FLITE and supplements the statutory warranty rights to which you are entitled as a consumer. The statutory warranty rights are not restricted in any way by this warranty.

For the FLITEDECK Adventures Calpe and Dolomites you are responsible for your own travel. You can decide whether you bring your own bike or rent one on site at the usual rates.

With the FLITEDECK Adventure Ultimate, your journey to another continent is included. You don't have to worry about anything. Tell us your desired destination and we will take care of the complete organization of your journey, your stay in a luxury hotel and the provision and transport of your bike.
