Risks & Challenges of Pre-Order Campaigns

We are aware that a pre-order campaign involves certain risks and uncertainties. As a supporter of our FLITEDECK campaign, we would like to inform you transparently and in detail about the most important aspects and potential challenges.

Minimum number for implementation:

Our pre-order campaign is based on the principle that we can only start full production of the FLITEDECK if a certain minimum number (500 units) of orders is reached. This allows us to offer the product in the desired quality and at a fair price. If the minimum number is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the campaign and fully refund the payments received. We will do everything we can to reach this minimum number, but we would like to draw your attention to this possibility in case unexpected circumstances arise.

Delays and changes:

As this is a crowdfunding pre-order, there may be delays or changes in the schedule that are beyond our control. Our top priority is to deliver you a high quality product, even though this may sometimes take additional time.

Refund Policy:

We want to make sure that you are protected as a backer. In case of cancellation of the campaign due to order quantities not being met, a full refund of the amount paid will be made. If you wish to cancel your order for any other reason, we will issue refunds up to 30 days after delivery. After this period and once production or shipping of the product has begun, refunds are no longer possible as we have already invested in manufacturing and shipping. Please note that any additional fees such as taxes or duties may be non-refundable depending on the country.

We are aware of the responsibility that comes with a pre-order campaign and will do everything we can to ensure transparent communication with you. You will be regularly informed about the progress and we are always available to answer any questions or concerns.

Special legal regulations apply to crowdfunding pre-orders. In the event of an unsuccessful campaign, refunds must be made in accordance with local legal requirements. Should unforeseen circumstances make a refund or exchange necessary, we will ensure that this is handled fairly and in accordance with applicable laws.
